MÜTEK PCT-20 CHARGE ANALYZER /TSS-71 FILTRATION SAMPLER

The MÜtek PCT-20 Charge Analyzer continuously monitors or controls the charge of collodially dissolved material (anionic trash) in paper machine circuits.

It enables trash collectors and fixing agents to be added as required, keeping the paper machine circuit at balanced charge levels.

An accessory to the PCT-20 is the MÜtek TSS-71 Filtration Sampler which produces a reproducible filtrate everywhere in the process.

The MÜtek TSS-71 Filtration Sampler has been specially developed for paper industry applications. It automatically draws pulp samples from the paper machine cycle for filtration in order to obtain a suspension with a constant low fiber content. This sample can be used to measure turbidity in FNU/NTU with the optional TIF sensor. The main field of application of the TSS-71 is to transfer a sample to a MÜtek PCT-20 Charge Analyzer for determination of the surface charge of colloidal dissolved and fine-dispersed particles.

MÜTEK RET-20 RETENTION ANALYZER /RET-20 RETENTION INLINE

The MÜtek RET-20 Retention Analyzer measures ash and total consistency precisely by modern optical measurement technology at up to three different sampling points. The RET-20 Retention Analyzer is a must whenever maximum accuracy is required.

Some sampling points only provide unpressurized and flocculated stock samples, which is true for white water installations in conventional headbox machines. At other sampling points pressure as well as consistency are higher. Thanks to advanced sample treatment, the RET-20 Retention Analyzer can handle all sampling conditions in the wet end of the paper or board machine.

MÜtek RET-20 Retention Inline is the best solution for retention monitoring and control at dilution headbox paper machines.

The big advantages are real time results and low maintenance due to inline installation.The optimum installation position is directly at the pressure side of process pumps. This is fulfilled at dilution headbox paper machines at high consistency (headbox sample) and low consistency (white water sample) pumps to the headbox. If such an installation is not possible a pump loop can be added.

MÜTEK GAS-60 GAS ANALYZER

The MÜtek GAS-60 Gas Analyzer measures free and dissolved gases in pulp suspensions. It enables effective control of defoamers and deaerator chemicals in stock suspensions.

The GAS-60 can sample between two points (so-called multi-sampling), such as white water and headbox. Deaerator chemicals can be dosed into the white water as required in response to the output signal.
